6. FEES & CHARGES

Current platform usage fees are structured as follows: A service charge of 6.5% applies to qualifying buy actions, and a service charge of 1.3% applies to qualifying sell actions. These fees may be updated at any time with notice posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing fee schedules before completing any action.

7. PLATFORM CHANGES

NOVAFTS may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

All content, branding, and software on NOVAFTS are owned by NOVAFTS. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without written permission.
